Job summary

Snellville Smiles Dentistry is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) to learn to independently run a financially viable PDS-supported dental office. You will progress through a formal OM Development Program under supervision and demonstrate leadership across Front and Back Office teams.

By program end, you will manage a team, implement staff development plans, and maintain compliance with policies while driving revenue and controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Driver’s license must be verified by MVR check at hire.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices per day, with reliable transportation.
• Alternate transportation acceptable if driver’s license is unavailable, enabling timely travel.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values, standards and best operational practices.
• Recruit, train, supervise and coach staff for right-fit teams.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist partnership.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to hit monthly goals and budget.
