Job summary

The OMT completes the OM Development Program with support from a supervisor and aims to manage an office within 4–6 months.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, budgeting, patient experience, and compliance. Travel between offices is expected; weekly reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; license must be verified at hire.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices daily with reliable transportation.
• Travel may be planned or unplanned and is subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values and best practices; learn to promote PDS culture daily.
• Assess, hire and retain right-fit team members through training and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective, logical solutions.
• Execute the Operational Model with consistency to meet office imperatives.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth; manage expenses to budget.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
