PDS Health in Florida is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a dental office through the OM Development Program. You will work under a director, complete structured curriculum, and apply on-the-job training to build leadership and operational skills that enable managing an office within 4–6 months.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, resolving staff and patient issues, driving revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with policies
