Job summary

PDS Health in Lake Worth, FL is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) to learn the skills needed to independently operate a dental office. The program combines structured curriculum, on-the-job training, and development meetings to prepare you for leadership.

Upon completion, you will lead Front Office and Back Office teams, drive revenue and control expenses, and ensure adherence to policy and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; license verified at hire.
• Travel to multiple offices per day; reliable transportation required.
• Travel may be planned or unplanned and is subject to change without notice.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Five+ years experience leading a team, mentoring and coaching subordinates.
