Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a dental office within the OM Development Program. You’ll be mentored while gaining hands-on experience across front and back office operations.

After successful completion of the program, you will be prepared to manage a team, drive performance, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards while supporting a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Travel to multiple offices per day with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture, values, standards and best operational practices.
• Assessment, hiring and retention of right fit team members through training and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues by analyzing facts and developing solutions.
• Drive year over year revenue and profit growth.
