Job summary

PDS Health seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to learn to independently run a Framingham dental office as part of the OM Development Program. You will engage in structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings with supervision.

Expect to manage Front and Back Office teams, drive revenue and budget adherence, and develop a sustainable office plan. This role begins as a trainee with progression to a salaried manager after successful completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture, values, standards and best operational practices.
• Assessment, hiring and retention of right fit team members through comprehensive training and supervision.
• Assess, investigate, and resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Delivery of leadership, coaching and mentoring to develop team and improve performance.
• Gains proficiency with People related functions, including performance evaluations and compensation guidance.
