Job summary

Smile Brands is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will assist with financial arrangements and insurance verification to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Working Mon-Fri, you will greet patients, guide them through check-in/out, explain services and payment options, and show appreciation to patients for choosing us, delivering care with professionalism and kindness.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism
