Smile Brands is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients, guide them through their dental journey and support scheduling, insurance verification and treatment questions. You’ll help patients understand care options and payment plans while building positive relationships in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes greeting patients, guiding visits, and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

1+ year in a dental, healthcare, hospitality or customer-service environment.
Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with patients.
