Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment, and you will assist them with financial arrangements for treatment.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8-5. Responsibilities include greeting patients, guiding them through check-in/check-out (including insurance

Qualifications

Dental experience required.
Knowledge of dental terminology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism
