Job summary

Smile Brands is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, guide them through visits and explain treatment and payment options. You’ll be the first friendly face and the bridge between patients and the dental team, ensuring a smooth, positive start to every appointment.

In this fast-paced, team-based role in Wisconsin, you’ll handle check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification and questions with clear, compassionate communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental, healthcare, medical, hospitality or customer-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with patients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment.
• Support check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and answering questions about care.
