Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact, ensuring patients feel welcomed, informed and supported from scheduling to treatment and payment options.

In a fast-paced dental team, you’ll greet patients, verify insurance, help with appointments and explain care plans, making every visit personal, positive and easy. You'll work Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 7am-4pm, contributing to a positive patient experience and supporting a smooth practice

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with patients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and inquiries.
• Explain treatment options and payment plans to patients.
• Support patients throughout their dental visit and care journey.
• Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and staff.
• Maintain an efficient schedule and optimize patient flow.
• Show appreciation to patients and ensure they feel cared for.
