Job summary

SHI is seeking a Dell Technologies Specialty Sales Solutions Executive to drive refresh opportunities across storage, servers, and EUC. From install base and warranty data, you will contact customers before refresh dates, explaining Dell roadmaps in plain business terms and coordinating with SHI and Dell teams to convert conversations into closed business.

The role is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management, and you will build pipeline, run outbound campaigns, and align

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (intermediate).
• Experience using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data.

Responsibilities

• Build a rolling 6–18 month refresh calendar for assigned accounts.
• Conduct outbound outreach to IT directors and infrastructure leaders.
• Identify opportunities to attach Dell technologies at refresh cycles.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Dell field teams to close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data on dates, stages and forecasts.
