Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Dell Specialty Sales Solutions Executive to focus on Dell refresh opportunities across storage, servers, and EUC.

You will work from install base and warranty data to initiate conversations at a 100-level, aligning SHI and Dell field teams to close deals. You will manage outbound outreach to IT directors and infrastructure leaders, share Dell roadmaps in business terms, and partner with Account Executives and engineers to win opportunities and hit quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in technology sales, inside sales, or partner/OEM specialist work.
• Ability to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Identify refresh opportunities and contact customers before their refresh dates.
• Build a rolling 6–18 month refresh calendar and turn it into qualified pipeline.
• Conduct outbound outreach to IT leaders via calls, email, LinkedIn and campaigns.
• Explain Dell products and roadmaps in plain business language and coordinate with Dell specialists.
