Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Dell Technologies Specialty Solutions Executive to identify and win refresh opportunities across Dell storage, servers, and end-user computing.

Based from a home office, you will target customers using install base and warranty data, coordinating with SHI and Dell teams to close business in a remote capacity. You will run discovery, explain Dell roadmaps in plain language, and maintain rolling 6–18 month refresh calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in technology sales, inside sales, or partner/OEM specialist work.
• Willingness to travel about 20% of the time.
• Dell accreditations or familiarity with Dell programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline by targeting refresh opportunities and turning insights into qualified opportunities.
• Perform outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and campaigns to IT leadership.
• Sell SHI and Dell offerings, including services like deployment and asset management.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Dell teams to close deals.
