Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Lowell, AR. Based at one of our last-mile warehouses, you’ll provide in-person, on-site support to help customers receive packages on time and connect them with experts for up-to-date information.

You’ll work a full-time schedule, lift up to 49 pounds, stand for long shifts, and communicate with warehouse partners, delivery drivers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentations.
• Experience with a merchandising/brand ambassador team is a plus.
