Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and connect customers with experts for accurate package information. You will help ensure packages arrive on time and contribute to a positive customer experience at one of our last-mile warehouses.

You will interact with customers in person and via phone/email, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Customer Service.
Experience with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
Empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
