Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and connect customers with experts for accurate up-to-date information. You will help ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction, while upholding Amazon’s customer-centric standards.

You will work at a last-mile delivery warehouse, communicating with warehouse teams and delivery partners to resolve issues and offer a great customer experience on every order.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong time management in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs.
• Upholding company values and respecting every customer.
• Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers.
• Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present.
• Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues.
• Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
• Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
• Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule.
