Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide in-person, phone, and email support to customers, empathize with needs, and resolve delivery issues at a busy last-mile site.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, time management, and the ability to stand for long shifts while lifting up to 49 pounds. Training and growth opportunities are available as you support Amazon's logistics network.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service is required.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with computer and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers directly in-person, by phone and email.
• Empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
• Uphold company values and respect every customer.
• Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers.
• Understand and respond to customer issues clearly and accurately.
• Draft grammatically correct written responses to customer issues.
• Make quick, well-judged decisions on behalf of the customer.
• Work a full-time schedule (40+ hours per week).
• Carry, lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
