Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station real-time, hands-on support, ensuring on-time deliveries and clear communication with customers. You will connect customers with experts for up-to-date information on their packages.

Based in a last-mile delivery warehouse, you will work a flexible Full-Time schedule, interacting with warehouse teams, delivery partners and customers to resolve issues and deliver a positive experience every time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with computer and web-based tools.
