Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency in line with company policy. The role handles more complex questions from the service team and other representatives.

Duties include outbound calls, researching delinquent accounts, processing over-the-phone payments, and offering relief options when appropriate. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, strong

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency per policy.
• Handle more complex account questions from customer service and other reps.
• Perform outbound calls to delinquent accounts and research delinquency to determine resolution path.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit card transactions for one-call resolutions.
• Provide relief options to customers in hardship according to policies.
• Relate information to customers about interest, statements, and other questions.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks and document notes per processes.
