Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past-due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency per policy. The role handles more complex inquiries from the customer service team and related reps.

The position involves outbound calls, processing on-call payments, and providing relief options in line with company practices. Strong communication, typing, and multitasking skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet and email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Two evening shifts per week 12pm-9pm CST and 10am-7pm CST and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks.

Responsabilités

• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over the phone payments including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options per company policies.
• Relay information on interest, statements, and other account questions.
• Assist with overflow calls including disputes, recovery, first payment, and bankruptcy.
• Document notes per company processes.
• Work with others and adapt to deadlines.
• Attend to in-office and administrative tasks as needed.
