Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts, contact customers, and pursue resolution per policy. You will handle more complex inquiries from the customer service team, perform outbound calls on delinquent accounts, and document notes in company systems.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service or collections, with strong computer, typing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer service or collections preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve per policy.
• Handle complex account questions from the customer service team.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Recognize and research delinquent accounts and determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit card transactions.
• Provide hardship relief options per policy.
• Relay information on interest, statements and account questions.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks and document notes in required systems.
• Be adaptable to change.
