Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence and ability to persuade and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls on past-due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Handle more complex account questions from the customer service team.
• Process phone payments (credit cards) and provide relief options per policy.
• Document notes in required systems with accuracy and detail.
• Support overflow calls (disputes, recovery, first pay, bankruptcy) as needed.
