Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency in line with policy. This role handles more complex questions from the customer service team.

The position includes outbound calls, processing over-the-phone payments, offering relief options, documenting notes, and collaborating with teammates to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs outbound calls on past due customer accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Recognize and research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over the phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers in accordance with company policies.
• Relay information to customers regarding interest, statements, and other questions.
• Assist with overflow calls including disputes, recovery, first pay, and bankruptcy calls.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Document notes properly in all required areas per processes.
