Job summary

Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to manage past-due accounts and contact customers to pursue resolution in line with company policy. The role handles complex questions from the customer service team and other representatives, performing outbound calls and processing over-the-phone payments.

You will research delinquent accounts, offer relief options, relay information on interest and statements, and document notes in our systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1-year relevant applicable experience preferably in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.
• Two evening shifts per week, 12pm-9pm CST and 10am-7pm CST and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency.
• Perform outbound calls to resolve delinquency and determine best course of action.
• Process over-the-phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers per policy and practices.
• Relate information to customers regarding interest, statements and other account questions.
• Document notes in required areas per company processes and procedures.
• React to change productively.
