Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency in line with company policy. The role handles more complex questions and performs outbound calls to progress payments.

You will document notes, relay information about interest and statements, process over-the-phone payments, and adapt to change. Two evening shifts plus one Saturday every five weeks; office environment with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience preferably in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency according to policy.
• Handle more complex account questions directed from the customer service team.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Process over the phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers encountering hardships as per policies.
• Relay information about interest, statements, and other account questions.
• Document notes in required systems and adapt to change.
