Foundation Finance Company LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past-due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency according to policy. The role handles complex questions from the customer service team and other representatives, processing payments and offering relief options.

The position requires strong communication, typing, and detail orientation, with evening shifts and one Saturday every five weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options per policy.
• Relay information on interest, statements and other questions.
• Assist with overflow calls (disputes, recovery, first pay, bankruptcy).
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Document notes per processes and procedures.
• Must come to work promptly and work well with others.
• Work under deadlines and adapt to change.
