Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Development and/or Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to advance firm-wide equity functions.
• Provide oversight and management of the DEI Advisory Council.
• Lead Professional Development functions for Partners and Associates.
• Work with Business Development on coaching and sponsorship.
• Manage teams delivering Council initiatives.
• Oversee Council budget and expenditures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with diverse attorneys.
