Job summary

Arabella Advisors is seeking a Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development to drive DEI strategy and lead development initiatives across the firm. You will partner with business leaders to advance diversity, equity and inclusion while shaping our culture and talent programs.

The role requires strategic vision with hands-on execution, strong analytics, and passion for social impact in philanthropy. You will manage content, programs and budget for DEI and learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive programs to completion.
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Strong written and oral communication skills across levels.
• Detail oriented with high attention to quality and results.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements and manages a comprehensive DEI strategy with KPIs.
• Leads DEI practices with change management and stakeholder alignment.
• Develops internal DEI communications strategy and training.
• Stays informed on DEI trends; analyzes metrics for senior leaders.
• Oversees L&D curriculum development and ROI of interventions.
