• Develop online resources and toolkits to encourage continuous learning.
• Host workshops on unconscious bias and inclusive leadership.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract diverse talent pools.
• Establish mentorship and sponsorship programs to support career progression.
• Introduce recognition initiatives to celebrate champions of diversity.
• Advocate for DEI internally and externally as a dedicated Remote Diversity Manager.
• Prepare reports and updates on DEI progress for stakeholders and employees.
• Represent the organization at events, sharing actionable insights and strategies.
