Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and/or Human Resources.
• 3+ years of experience in DEI or a related field.
• Experience with the design and management of employee development and DEI programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and support Senior Advisors.
• Deliver workshops and engagements based on assessment findings.
• Develop and implement organizational DEI strategies.
