Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to launch and scale a debt paydown product for Dasher wallets. You will ensure regulatory compliance, build the funds-flow backbone, and drive a controlled rollout with meticulous measurement.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal and Treasury, shaping a regulated fintech product from concept to scale. 3–5 years’ experience and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-growth teams (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to back decisions with data (SQL or Excel modelling).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness end-to-end: drive compliance review to sign-off and close funds-flow documentation with Treasury and Technical Accounting.
• Build the operational backbone: daily reconciliation of debited amounts, wires, and funds reaching lenders; create a support playbook for failed or misapplied payments.
• Make policy calls on payment caps/floors, routing limits, and handling reversals after a payout is sent.
• Own phased rollout and measurement: sequencing, FAQs, support enablement, and the 12-week debt-reduction readout instrumentation.
