Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply Talent Specialist position at the Cartersville, GA DC supports daily HR operations, onboarding, recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration. You will partner with the Talent Leader and site leadership to drive talent strategy and culture, ensuring a workforce that meets DC needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, driving engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Strong communication and change leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR experience or more.
• General HR policies, procedures and practices knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple operations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Occasional travel, including overnight trips.
• Experience with investigations (accidents, harassment).
• Experience recruiting and developing a diverse team.
• Understanding of labor legislation.
• Ability to lead through change management.
• Strong English reading/writing communication for safety and policy docs.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment initiatives and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain HR records in the HR system and provide insights.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of care, safety and excellence.
• Advise staff on employment law, performance, policies and regulations.
• Run payroll administration and resolve issues for staff and leaders.
• Ensure legal compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Plan and facilitate new hire orientation and training sessions.
• Support future DC openings with onboarding and temporary talent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or another relevant field
