Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply seeks a Talent Specialist to support the day-to-day HR operations at the Distribution Center in Cartersville, GA. The role focuses on HR transactions, onboarding, recruiting support, and benefits administration, collaborating with the Talent Leader to foster Chick-fil-A Supply’s culture of care, safety, and excellence across the DC.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining HR records, facilitating orientation, and advising staff on policies and employment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience with generalist exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR transactions and maintain employee records
• Assist recruitment including interview logistics and onboarding
• Administer reward and benefit systems and payroll
• Provide guidance on employment law and policies
• Plan and deliver new hire orientation and training
• Drive talent strategy and culture at the DC
• Travel as required for DC operations
