Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Talent Specialist for the San Antonio, TX DC to help ensure a capable, engaged workforce.

You will partner with the Talent Leader to execute recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration while upholding Chick-fil-A’s culture of care and excellence. This role also offers exposure to HR programs in a fast-paced distribution environment, with opportunities to influence talent strategy across the DC.

Qualifications

• 2 years HR-related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and practices
• Ability to build relationships across multiple operations
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Experience with investigations and employee relations
• Experience recruiting and developing a diverse team
• Understanding of labor legislation

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment initiatives to staff DC operations and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain HR records in the HR system and provide data insights.
• Drive employee engagement and implement initiatives reflecting Chick-fil-A Supply values.
• Advise on employment laws, performance management, and HR policies.
• Run payroll administration for the DC and resolve issues.
• Ensure legal compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Plan and facilitate new hire orientation and training sessions.
• Support growth by providing temporary talent and participating in events.
• Other duties as assigned.
