Chick-fil-A Supply in Cartersville, GA, onsite, seeks an HR leader to drive operations for a brand-new distribution center. You will guide performance management, hiring, retention, engagement, and compliance while training talent professionals across the network.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and the CFA Inc. team to ensure a service-focused employee experience that aligns with care, safety, and excellence as the DC stands up and grows.

Qualificações

• 7 years HR experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• General HR policies, procedures, and practices knowledge.
• Ability to influence across multiple operations.
• Navigate confrontational situations with integrity and respect.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
• Investigations experience (accidents, harassment).
• Experience recruiting and developing a diverse team.
• Ability to lead through change management.
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support the GM with guidance on performance management, problem solving, and HR policies including FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation.
• Execute recruitment and retention initiatives to support DC goals.
• Coordinate with CFA Inc. legal to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements and advise DC leaders on employment law.
• Implement and oversee performance review and incentive programs within the DC.
• Track and achieve HR KPIs related to attrition, engagement, and safety.
• Drive the DC-wide employee engagement strategy across all departments.
• Support organizational growth and DC openers through interview events, training and onboarding, and temporary talent support.
• Provide employee relations support to DC staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong team with a service-focused mindset.
• Complete other HR activities deemed valuable by the organization.
