Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply seeks a Talent Specialist to support daily HR operations at the Cartersville, GA DC. You will help recruit, onboard, manage records, administer payroll, and support reward/benefit systems to strengthen culture and drive strategic talent initiatives.

In this role, you will partner with the Talent Leader and DC leadership to staff operations, engage employees, stay compliant with laws, and foster a culture of care, safety, and excellence across the facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR generalist experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting and developing a diverse, strong team.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, weekends, holidays, and some travel.
• English proficiency in reading/writing/speaking; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR transactions and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding for hourly staff.
• Administer payroll and HRIS data; provide staff with timely responses.
• Drive engagement initiatives reflecting Chick-fil-A Supply values.
• Ensure legal compliance with applicable federal/state requirements.
