Chick-fil-A Supply in Cartersville, GA seeks an HR Leader to oversee the day-to-day HR operations at the new DC, partnering with CFA, Inc. and other centers to drive the HR strategy while supporting the stand-up of a brand-new facility.

You will lead engagement, development, rewards, and benefits programs, ensure legal compliance, and prepare the DC for scalable growth, with a focus on care, safety, and excellence.

Qualifications

• 7 years of HR experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures and practices.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple operations.
• Ability to lead through change management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluent in English; strong business communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Guide performance management and policy compliance.
• Lead recruitment and retention initiatives for the DC.
• Coordinate with CFA Inc. legal team on employment laws.
• Oversee performance reviews and incentive programs.
• Drive engagement and safety KPIs.
• Support expansion and onboarding for future DCs.
• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy.
