Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is building a new distribution center in Cartersville, GA. We seek an HR Leader to guide the HR team, implement reward systems, and align HR strategy with overall business goals while supporting Chick-fil-A’s culture of care and excellence.

The role requires driving engagement, managing policy, and partnering with CFA leadership to ensure compliance and successful stand-up of the DC. Travel and startup experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices.
• Ability to influence across multiple operations and handle change management.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with investigations and safety/employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on performance management, policies, and employment law.
• Lead recruitment and retention initiatives for the distribution center.
• Coordinate with CFA Inc. legal team to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Oversee performance reviews and incentive programs at the DC.
• Drive engagement metrics and safety KPIs across all DC departments.
• Support organizational growth and future expansion by training and onboarding talent.
