Job summary

The Home Depot in East Point, GA is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead inbound, warehouse, outbound and office operations in a complex distribution center. You will supervise multiple supervisors and hourly staff to maximize productivity and safety, while aligning with the DC General Manager to execute strategic objectives.

You will analyze trends, drive continuous improvement, coach associates, and manage a union-free culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain.
Must be eighteen years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience in change management and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound, warehouse, outbound, and/or office operations to maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with GM/AGM to evaluate work methods and staffing for optimal layout and costs.
Drive safety culture and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
Coach and develop associates; maintain a union-free, customer-focused environment.
Manage relations with 3PL onsite delivery or transportation partners as needed.
Ensure accurate, timely movement and processing of product for stores and customers.
