The Home Depot in McDonough, GA is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead a 20–30 person hourly team, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive efficient, safe, and productive distribution center operations.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and oversees hiring, development, discipline, and performance of associates. The position requires flexibility and relocation as needed to support shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and relocate as needed.
• Experience supervising hourly associates in a distribution/warehouse setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• 45% Managing Process: ensure operations procedures are followed and identify changes to improve efficiency.
• 25% Coaching and Developing Associates: train, coach, and evaluate hourly staff; hire, discipline, and terminate as needed.
• 15% Drives Results: maintain inventory accuracy and drive KPI improvements in productivity, accuracy, and quality.
• 15% Business Planning: coordinate staffing and operations to meet production plans and reduce damages and irregularities.
• Other duties as assigned by Operations leadership.
