Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse functions, drive efficiency, and guide teams in unloading, receiving, picking, packing, loading, and transportation coordination. You will partner with senior leadership to optimize processes, safety, and staffing, while developing associates for long-term success.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Operations Management, proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel, and a track record in change management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field; MS Office skills required.
• Change management experience, flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; relocation possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM to optimize staffing, procedures and layout.
• Drive cost-to-serve improvements and operational metrics.
• Coach and develop associates; maintain a union-free workplace.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with company policies.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and carriers on outbound loads.
