Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead a complex distribution center environment, driving productivity and cost efficiency. You will supervise inbound, warehouse, outbound, and transportation operations, collaborating with the General Manager to optimize methods and staffing while maintaining a strong safety culture.

You will coach associates, manage performance, and ensure efficient layout and loading processes to support stores and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations (unloading and receiving) to ensure safe, efficient processing.
• Oversee warehouse operations (pick-pack, break-pack) and inventory layout for peak performance.
• Oversee outbound operations (loading) and transportation coordination.
• Develop strategies with DC leadership to maximize productivity and control costs.
• Coach and develop associates through on-floor coaching and formal evaluations.
• Maintain a culture of safety and ensure adherence to Home Depot safety policies.
