The Home Depot seeks an experienced DC operations leader to drive efficiency in a complex distribution center environment. You will work with senior management to maximize productivity, oversee equipment and facility maintenance, and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, process optimization, and coaching Associates toward certifications while maintaining a productive, union-free workplace.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a distribution environment.
• Experience with conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and PLC controls.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays; open to relocation.

Mansioni

• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory flow; optimize layouts and processes.
• Manage facility maintenance and equipment; review contractor bids and ensure compliance.
• Analyze maintenance reports and implement cost-effective improvements.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Coach and develop Associates; support certifications and maintain a union-free environment.
