Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across all warehouse areas and safe processing of inventory.
• Evaluate work methods and staffing to improve movement and processing.
• Lead cost-to-serve improvements and assist in 3PL performance when applicable.
• Coach and develop associates with on-floor and formal feedback.
• Maintain a culture of safety and monitor operational metrics daily.
• Manage relationships with 3PL/transport partners for outbound loads.
