Job summary

ADI Global is seeking a Sr Account Manager for Datacom to drive new business and grow existing accounts in the U.S. region. You will manage the full sales cycle for networking cabling, data center, and related hardware solutions, while coordinating with internal teams to optimize processes and outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic account development, vendor collaboration, and high-touch support to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth across designated territories.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Datacom industry experience, especially networking cabling infrastructure.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must reside within Raleigh, NC; Charleston, SC or Columbia, SC territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities, maximizing ADI presence and market share.
• Maintain and grow existing key customer relationships; define and execute growth strategy.
• Engage with Datacom Vendors to develop regional go-to-market strategies.
• Prepare and present ADI Datacom solutions to customers; articulate value propositions.
• Manage engagements with customers for the Datacom Team; ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Escalation point for critical issues; advocate for customers.
• Support regional sales as Datacom SME; share market and competitive insights.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead change in the sales organization.
