Job summary

ADI is seeking a Sr Account Manager - Datacom to develop new business and grow existing accounts within our Datacom team. You will sell networking cabling, data center, and hardware solutions, while handling planning, reporting, and sales program adherence to hit revenue goals.

The role covers Raleigh, NC and Charleston/Columbia, SC regions with remote work options. You will be a Datacom subject matter expert, driving market strategy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Datacom industry experience, specifically networking cabling infrastructure solutions
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Must reside in Raleigh, NC or Charleston/Columbia, SC territory
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding ADI presence and market share in designated accounts.
• Maintain and grow existing key customer relationships and execute sales and growth strategies.
• Engage with Datacom Vendors to develop regional go-to-market strategies.
• Present ADI Datacom products and services, delivering a compelling value proposition to clients.
• Manage all engagements with customers for the Datacom team and ensure satisfaction.
• Act as escalation point for critical issues and advocate for customers.
