Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Regional Datacom Specialist to drive growth in our Datacom Team. You will develop new business and manage existing accounts, selling Network Cabling, Data Center, and Network Hardware Solutions while coordinating planning, reporting, and sales process improvements.

You will build relationships with key customers in the Raleigh, NC and SC markets, act as a Datacom subject matter expert, deliver compelling presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in the Datacom industry with Networking Cabling Infrastructure experience.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must live within Raleigh, NC, Charleston, SC or Columbia, SC territory.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts within the Datacom Team.
• Sell products including Network Cabling, Data Center, and Network Hardware Solutions; plan, report, and optimize sales processes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers highlighting features and benefits relevant to their needs.
• Manage engagements with existing and new customers; be the escalation point for critical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support regional sales as the Datacom subject matter expert and share market/competitive knowledge.
