Job summary

ADI Global is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Datacom in the United States. This senior role leads the Datacom RAS team, focusing on growing top-line revenue, margins, and datacom category performance.

You will mentor the RAS, execute strategic training, and partner with the General Manager on GTM initiatives. The position emphasizes Salesforce/Miller Heiman adoption, territory management, and executive relationships with top accounts, with heavy travel to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• 7 years equivalent management/supervisory outside sales experience.
• 1 Year - Experience with Strategic Sales Daily Process
• 3-5 years of Datacom/Network cabling Infrastructure experience
• History of high-performance results in an outside sales environment.
• Ability to travel +75%

Responsibilities

• Lead a Datacom RAS team and grow topline and margin.
• Mentor RAS to meet objectives and guide Go-To-Market strategy.
• Develop and implement Datacom's Go-To-Market Strategy.
• Coaching using Salesforce and Miller Heiman methodologies.
• Improve sales management processes with ADI resources and vendors.
