Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Property Manager in Manassas, VA to own the operations of a data center property, lead a team, and optimize budgeting, vendor management, and customer relationships. You’ll participate in budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring lease compliance while coordinating with the Asset Manager and Technical Operations teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business/Real Estate/Finance and 4–7 years of related experience, with strong financial analysis and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of related experience in property management or real estate.
• Strong financial analysis and lease-terms understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance reports.
• Supervise AR/AP, rent collection, and expenses, including CAM estimates and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with all customer lease agreements and obligations.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Technical Operations teams to resolve issues.
